[link] this video makes me want to try painting realistic face :D

I was imagining how the visual Rayner (my oc) would look like if he still has his eyes
but this is just like a spoiler, ruin his mysterious image (and the glare isn't scary enough for him anyway)
so i decided that this is just random character
done with SAI and PS CS3, for the skin texture--->[link]§ion=&global=1&q=skin+texture#/d1o6rih

I'm confused as to which gender this is supposed to be. The face looks masculine yet the shoulders are to narrow and the eyes seems almost feminine in nature. Maybe it's just me.

Oh, I really thought it was Noctis from Final Fantasy Versus 13 :S the typical bishonen problem -.-' they are all so cute, but we must be carefull or they will end up looking a bit too much like other bishonens! It happened to me thousands of times when playing the Sims xD

Anyways, it's a beautiful piece, I just love his look (it did come out very evil) and thank you very much for sharing the information about the tutorial! :D

Great job on this! Very smooth and even though it is just a face it's still draws ones eyes to look at it. Great job!

Uhm. Did you use the skin brush to build the skin or you just overlapped the base color?

:iconjounetsunoakai:
i just use basic circle brush for the skin, and for the texture i made new layer with skin texture in multiply mode

Did you smudge it if by chance? Because it didn't quite work in my work.

:iconjounetsunoakai:
no, i avoid smudge, i just think it's not a good choice for blending, i only use other dynamics and play with flow and opacity rate, you can check my tutorial if you want to know more :)
