Rayner uniform design

i have decided that his name is rayner as a policeman, and eversio before he got caught coz i like the meaning =w=
this is a remake of his uniform design, draw manually (except his shoes, coz its cropped =w=; )
next time i'll draw his dog form and some of his action pose
ho..i start to like this character again
oh and i have sketching the other character too, his partner and coworkers, next time i'll post them
